Your information is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database service with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Email communications are processed through Resend, a transactional email service. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or destruction. Access to personal information is restricted to authorised personnel only.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law: • Enquiry and quote data: 12 months from last contact • Active client records: duration of the business relationship plus 5 years (for legal and accounting purposes) Once the retention period expires, your information is securely deleted or anonymised.
6. Sharing Your Information
We only share your personal information with: • Service providers who assist us in operating our website and delivering our services (Supabase for data storage, Resend for email delivery) — these parties are contractually bound to keep your information confidential • Law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law We do not share your information with any third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

Our website uses minimal cookies necessary for the site to function correctly (session management). We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies.
