1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SignHub website (signhub.co.za) and any services provided by SignHub ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECT Act) and the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).
2. Our Services
SignHub provides the following services from Johannesburg, South Africa: • Custom Signage: business cards, billboards, signboards, banners, flags, roll-ups, perspex signage, corex boards, and related print materials • Digital Branding: logo design, brand identity, and visual design services • AI Solutions: AI-powered business tools and consultation • General Consultation: brand strategy and marketing advice Services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided via our website, email, or phone are: • Valid for 14 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated • Subject to change if your requirements change after the quote is issued • Exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise • Estimates only — final pricing is confirmed upon written acceptance of the quote Prices displayed on the website (if any) are indicative and may differ from your personalised quote based on specifications, quantities, and current material costs.
4. Orders and Payment
An order is confirmed only upon: • Written acceptance of a formal quote by you • Receipt of any required deposit as specified in the quote Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upfront and 50% on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of completed work until full payment is received. We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Banking details will be provided on your invoice.
5. Delivery and Turnaround
Turnaround times quoted are estimates only and begin from the date of order confirmation and receipt of deposit. Delays caused by: • Your failure to provide required content, artwork, or approvals timeously • Force majeure events (load shedding, supplier delays, natural events) • Changes to the brief after work has commenced ...are not our responsibility and may affect the quoted turnaround time. Delivery arrangements (collection or courier) will be agreed at the time of order.
6. Artwork and Intellectual Property
If you supply artwork or designs: • You warrant that you own or have the right to use all supplied materials • You indemnify SignHub against any third-party intellectual property claims arising from your supplied materials Artwork and designs created by SignHub remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to you for the agreed scope of use. We reserve the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of a confirmed order: • Before production begins: deposit is non-refundable to cover design and administrative costs • After production begins: you are liable for all costs incurred up to the point of cancellation • After completion: no refund is applicable If we fail to deliver the agreed service to the agreed specification, we will first attempt to remedy the issue. If we cannot, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law: • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss of profit damages • We are not liable for errors in artwork approved by you in writing Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
9. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not: • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content • Use automated tools to scrape or copy website content without permission We make no warranty that the website will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time.
10. Privacy
Your use of this website and our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal information.
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of South Africa.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
